第一次參加清水的路跑,路程還沒有很熟悉,不過,這完全不是失速的理由,前10K還在控制範圍,後面就慘了,隨著天氣越來越熱,速度也就越降越慢,後面幾K趁補給偷休息就算了,還當起步兵……唉!訓練不足,真是超難看的成績,還要再加油。
