丁彥伶 hi,yes,i agree you,sit too long ,sleep too long or work too long those all not good , and all will let just feel tired,you know,because i think we sit too much when we work, so when i take MRT or bus, i always stand , and keep walking ,i think that make me have more energy.
I think health is more important than money also, that is why i do not take too many works, i rather get less money then i have more free time to do what i like to do.
tonight i was lazy because i had too many things to do :meeting , visited friends and had a english conversation class then went to meet my classmates, feel so tired, i was supposed i only can ride 15km,but lucky me i got a nice ubike, so i keep riding to 32km, and feel good..haha.

丁彥伶 Thank you,i am glad finaly i rode 32K yesterday,because i ate too much because met 3 group of my friends and too tired after that, but that ubike was nice to ride,so i forced myself to ride more, but that was not enough to lose calories what i ate yesterday night.
i am happy i have time to workout even i earn less money now,just last month,one company asked me to get a job,but because the job i have to work at 10 until 19:00 to 20:00,then i don't have time to workout,so i refused the job.

丁彥伶 wow,yes,great! you succeed to challenge the race, congratulations, it is hard to run there i know,and can back to work today, i think if me, i can not do that.
Yesterday i thought i should to take a day off so i did not do any exercise, but my problem is when i do not go to do exercise , i will eat too much, it was so sad i ate too much on sunday, haha, so i have to do more exercise tonight, thank you to tell me you finished the race, because i always thinking "what date is it", you did it !!
