天氣:風大,9點半後太陽熱力四射,但還好風大不熱
補給:13K吃了能量果凍+羊羹,有帶來力氣,20K後買可樂來喝,超爽
身體:跑很慢,知道狀況不佳,再後來發現有氣喘現象(就是即使跑很慢,很喘,且喘的方式是呼吸淺,會用嘴巴吐氣,哈哈哈地)
這次乖乖貼紮,非常好,腳背沒痛,但20K後,腳底痛,是還好能跑,但這次自己一直停下來走,精氣神都不好,反正最糟,就是這樣狀況。
