上週突發的意外事件讓我感覺這週過得非常漫長,甚麼事都不想做,連運動都是。昨晚睡得不好,假日也沒得好好休息,四點多醒來,乾脆去跑步,五點多天才微亮,加上天空有雲層,所以不會很熱,就決定跑個半馬,讓身心的疲憊得到紓解。
