| 從上一場台南星光馬後,就沒有在練習跑步的狀態,我不知死活的參加這場苗栗山城星光馬,這是一場注定要在大雨下的馬拉松,從沒起跑就在下雨,一直到結束都是雨下不停。
就連開始起跑快200公尺才發現GPS還沒開啟,所以整個馬的距離少了快200公尺,整場馬拉松下來,除了疲勞就是21公里之後一直重覆的抽筋,導致後面根本無法保持速度,只能邊走邊跑,然後大雨不停讓我的燒檔很快的就發生,只能腳開開的跑步,只能說是屋漏偏逢連夜雨,整個就是痛啊~
雖然是一場老天爺不賞臉的路跑,但還是順利的完成這場賽事,也跟久違的小海的家人互動,雖然累但累的開心 賽後評分: 會場的接駁車只有一台,當天下雨跑步完畢全身濕冷,等車又溼又冷,如果接駁車可以多一點是最好的 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 113~137 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 137~154 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 154~160 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 160~169 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 169~174 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為174 點此去設定最大心率 |
