新北市N. Pennarun My third marathon.
My first one since the one last year in Chaoyang university again.
In 2016: 3h44h49. 5th/189
in 2017: 3h41h46. 11th on the website/ 444
But it's not too much comparable.
Last year was 3 days after a typhoon: cloudy, 25 degrees all the way.
Sunday was 27 degrees at 6 am and 33 degrees at 9 am with a sunny weather... It's not easy for the body. I took a slow start but been faster at the end compared to last year.
After 10 km: 49''37 (2016) / 49''42 (2017)
After 20 km: 1'41''45 (2016) / 1'42''00 (2017)
After 30 km: 2'40''12 (2016) / 2'40''57 (2017)
After 35 km: 3'12''45 (2016) / 3'11''38 (2017)
Anyway, it was a good training for 合歡山 marathon! 賽後評分: Not too many refreshment points at the beginning (every 4 km) but after it was fine for me (some other people complained about it).
