新北市Eason Lin 跑馬拉松,除了體力,更重要的是意志力~
事前就給自己設定目標,希望能345完賽,結果友人邀約一起嘗試330,
考慮之後,想想冒一次險又如何,於是乎就以330的配速策略來執行,
前30K依然在配速目標內,惟後續肌耐力不夠依然未解,速度就掉很大了!
最後6K時,想說還有機會拼340,意志力一堅定,突然就能拔腿就跑了,
只是距離似乎有些誤差,仍是與340失之交臂,不過在進終點時,
想到能完成自己設定的目標,那種喜悅真是難以言表~
最後對賽道前及後的志工分別深深一鞠躬,完滿了我今天破PB之旅!
插曲一:起跑時在我旁邊的內地同胞,一直讚美我手臂肌肉很結實,
然後問我有無50公斤,我回答他說有,冷不防他突然把我抱起來!
我好怕他接下來會將我往上拋啊!幸好在不久就要起跑了,他才放過我,呼...
