| 下午3點的高雄好曬又好熱,這次預計約2-3圈補水一次,才剛起跑就滿身汗,約5K後補一顆鹽錠,不知道是午餐未消化還是身體不舒服,才跑幾百公尺,瞬間有股嘔吐感湧上,措手不及直接站在場邊吐,原以為吐出來就好了,殊不知才剛要起跑,那個感覺又來了,又連吐2次,中餐全都吐出來,吐完後回到賽道慢慢跑回私補區喝水,直到跑了十幾K後身體才好點..
好不容易撐到五個小時,身體非常疲勞不舒服,看著起點旁的螢幕顯示28圈時,心裡想著再撐2圈就好,雖然35圈的目標失敗了,但這幾個月的跑量來看,這樣的成績也該滿足了 賽後評分: . 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 118~143 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 143~161 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 161~167 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 167~177 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 177~182 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為182 點此去設定最大心率 |
