感謝總哥給名額,讓我體驗遠東馬,賽前答應老婆不可超負荷跑,没想到今天新竹的強風有夠扯,再加上陡坡,故成績勉強保住sub 4,今天也破了我3項記錄,第一次每個補給站都停下來給它吃(水,運動飲料,可樂,豆干,香蕉等...),第二是在中途上了一次小便,第三是在41K時才小抽一下,心率控制在160左右,順利玩賽!
跑完沒有不舒服^_^,解禁可跑25K以上^_-!
