| ~生涯第八馬〜
賽前三天沒跑步,想說會不會影響到...沒想到身體狀況出奇的好,天氣也幫了忙了許多,非常的涼爽!!
本來設定用6分速跑完來破PB就好,沒想到竟然破"4"了!!!超開心〜
前半程用約1小時58分完成,想說就來試試看後半程能不能也保持下去,試著破4看看!!
就這樣一路跑到33k,遇到了連續3k的上坡..當時還不曉得會有多長,就試著撐看看〜直到36k後,就一路下坡,當時時間約3小時半左右,知道應該沒問題了,還一度開到四分多的速度,後半程完全沒被任何人追過,都是我在抓人,超爽的啦!!
(16.17K,速度有問題,因為剛好進入隧道,GPS沒訊號)
第一次穿大腳丫的衣服比賽,壓力真不小,不過也給了我很大的動力!!
今年這樣算目標達成了!!
