跑前就一直猶豫要穿哪一雙鞋子
事後想想不應該穿五指鞋的,
肌力不足吃了苦頭。
前半馬還控制在100分鐘左右,
到30K速度也還沒掉太多,
但是一破30K,
五指鞋的極限(肌力不足)就來了。
下次再努力吧,
