07:15時參加2018光耀長榮馬拉松賽,天氣陰冷,有點飄小雨,天冷補給站上也冷清清,進站補給的不多,水及水果點綴幾樣,其他吃的點心也不多,我只喝水及吃香蕉!路線安排還好,應是破PB的好時機!可惜我上周練的不夠,後10K就顯提不起力,以3:26跑完全程!
賽後評分: 07:15時參加2018光耀長榮馬拉松賽,天氣陰冷12度,有點飄小雨,天冷補給站上也冷清清,進站補給的不多,水及水果點綴幾樣,其他吃的點心也不多,我只喝水及吃香蕉!路線安排還好,進終點後天冷薑湯準備不夠!領獎居然也給錯組別了!
