高雄九紋龍 2018.2/25臺中花博馬拉松
第15馬.晴時涼爽沒下雨!!
每場馬都會有故事.記下來以後回憶無窮ㄚ!!
為了收集全台各縣市馬拉松所以台中就選了這場人生地不熟的賽事!前一日就先來當地亂逛亂吃.但都不合胃口.隔日到賽事會場2人就一直覺的肚子悶脹..寄了物到起點等待著.也一直擔心左腳的足底筋膜..起跑前滿哥說要我先跑別等她.(可能狀況不太好).6:30鳴槍起跑.被擋擋擋.我就閃閃閃(很多厚臉皮的總是愛擠前面)一下子滿哥淹沒在後方不見了!心想已有事先約好完賽相等的地點了.而且搞不好後段會被追上.那我先跑也好!!前3K努力的鑽出厚皮龜速群.終於定位在相等速度群中.轉個彎上坡就進中科園區.心裏OS一下.不是都平路嗎?就這樣上上下下左左右右約10公里(這場跑者都滿厲害的耶!我上坡居然沒刷到半個人)來到月眉路段.煩腦的左腳都沒事.右腳掌卻有點刺痛..還沒啥影嚮就繼續跑...17K挖靠!!里媽媽的好漢坡.抬腿硬上也跑不動還連放好幾個屁.不臭哦!..走了一段.右腳底大刺痛了(長了個水泡).停下來重穿襪子再把鞋帶綁到最緊!再跑就好多了!21K麗寶段坐收1;56分.心想跑的還不錯.如能保持或許.....果然....27K小村庄好多農家都有櫻花樹耶.好漂亮!!29K泰安市集人山人海.這怎麼跑ㄚ....只好邊喊借過邊穿越了.一邊跑一邊撲鼻香.兩邊攤販排滿滿.....烤玉米.蚵仔煎.米血糕.大腸包小腸.炒米粉.臭豆腐.四神湯.關東煮.粉圓冰.QQ蛋.熱雞雞.狗腿排.一大堆啥咪碗哥.....此時肚子好餓餓餓餓餓....30K市集尾端出現補給站.我再也瘦不了了.狂吃香腸喝了2杯啤酒.爽歪了!!!!時間來到2:49好像還不錯!!趕緊再跑..出了泰安市集轉過彎31K. 我頓足了....前方300公尺處一座大山擋住.路就像是斜切上去的..這簡直是殺人坡ㄚ(單車騎上去保證會定竿摔車的坡).全部沒人跑.都是前頃身在走路.最慘的是.大砲就在最頂端.只能爬走的了.走大步一點就又放了好幾個屁.沒臭味!撐到大砲前跑個幾步賺賺相片.這幾步就完全動搖了我的時間和信心..完全大崩盤~35K最好跑的路段9號隧道.隧道里超涼爽又是緩下坡!時間算來算去無望PB了.約39K回到豐原市區.一直回頭望著滿哥.怎還沒追上.狀況可能真的不好!!40K4:00右腳水泡好像變大顆了.又在刺痛了.(左腳底筋膜居然整路都沒事耶)進了會場衝向終點感應.坐收4:12再進一馬!!在終點一直望著回來的跑者.4:27滿哥終於回來了!辛苦了!!原來這場是滿哥的烙塞馬!她說.終於感受到我好幾場澇塞的狀況原來是這麼痛快!!所以說馬場上人人狀況不一.快慢就隨性啦!!!PS:賽事補給超滿足.會場動線流暢.但賽道管制不夠好.停了好幾個紅綠燈.巷道還要讓車過才能跑!! 賽前宣言: 盡力完賽 賽後評分: 好漢坡太多太陡!!市集和鄉村的管制很不好紅綠燈等了好多個!!補給超級讚!會場動線流暢!! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 121~147 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 147~166 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 166~172 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 172~182 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 182~187 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為187 點此去設定最大心率 |
