台北市寶琳-球 很久沒有跑全馬跑得這麼不舒服了~><~,太早進到到C區,等起跑一等就一個多小時,起跑前氣溫從零度升到3度,冷到很想尿尿,起跑到1k多好不容易人群較鬆較好跑,但又看到廁所又趕快去排隊,廁所出來後面人群又擠上來了,又要重新殺出重圍了@@......接著不到10k突然蹠骨痛了起來......忍痛降速一直被冷風刺骨好不舒服......20k後肚子又怪怪的了......就這樣慢慢的跑進會場,聽到大會放著主題曲ABBA-Super Trouper我竟然感動起來了,好催淚的音樂喔XD⋯⋯順利拿到完賽禮^^ 賽後評分: . 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 126~154 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 154~173 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 173~179 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 179~190 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 190~195 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為195 點此去設定最大心率 |
