自9月底秋季認證失敗後,就想著冬季場一定還要再來,把那塊有刻自己名字的獎牌帶回家去,今天老天爺很賞臉的給了13度低溫,真的很適合跑長程的距離,因為不跑起來的話會冷,跑了也不會覺得熱,如果不要下雨的話會更好,但是偏偏一起去參加的總一哥是有名的雨天娃娃….XD (攤手~)
從開始到36K左右其實都還蠻順的,跟總一哥跑在一起,配速維持在5:20上下,不過36K進入永福橋休息站前左腳小腿突然抽了一下,之後左腳就呈現不穩定狀態,動不動就有要抽筋的感覺,只好放慢速度下來,力保在不抽筋的狀況下前進,一但抽筋就很難跑起來了,還好最後有達成心理原本設定的目標,在7小時內完成,也拿到總4的順位。
今天一起參加的總一哥真的很強大,第一次跑超馬就拿到環台北的總一,不愧是剛在大阪馬拿到BQ的神人,下次有機會再一起挑戰100K吧!! 不過不要再下雨啦~XD
