台中Chief Lunger 23k水壩頭公車站折返點 136北田路線🚵騎過也🏃跑過,今天跑全馬一樣保持著順跑的節奏就好,有幾個魔鬼坡真的很硬,但還是堅持著慢慢蹬上去。
總爬升破千的山路馬~比起上一回梅山馬直上直下~枇杷馬上上下下的路線難度顯得更加具有挑戰性,35k腳開始有感,40k一江橋水站後~小腿已來到臨界點,被兩位厲害的跑者刷了,不過還是撐回終點,比梅山馬快7秒但距離多了100m。
