感謝老天爺給了一個涼爽天氣,今天準備了手機和耳機,準備全程聽著音樂輕鬆跑~
起跑時,碰到了小烏龜,他說擠到前面去,他不習慣站在人群中,我說您去吧!我今天跑不進330,我混在人群中就好,我還把老爺推到我前面,這樣就沒有壓力了,不會有被刷過的感覺~
但一起跑我好像又快了一些些,竟然還在老爺前面,2.5K處,第一個路口就被攔下來了,等了30~60秒,我和老爺都被攔在路口,5k時路口又被稍微被攔下,這…這是告訴我要再輕鬆些嗎?
今天賽道上全程沒有看到小烏龜,折返也見不著,因差距太大了,老爺一直在後方約200m處,奇怪跑到最後一個折返28K處還是要差了200m,心想難道會在最後5K被刷過嗎?
今天本來是抱持著讓老爺10連勝達標的,沒想到老爺的狀況比我還差,也是因為老爺在後頭追趕著,不然我也拿不到女總五,獎金還有4000元,跑成這樣還能擠進總名次,現在沒實力,只能靠運氣了~
今年上半季的賽事大致結束了,再來就可以快樂跑了
ps:平均心率200,這也太誇張了吧!可是我跑得很輕鬆呀!
