完成今天的賽事就要開始放暑假了捏~~
從去年10月開始到今天為止,參加了幾場賽事不管是全馬或半馬都有達到自己預設目標,但隨著年齡的增長體能的下降要想突破自己的成績已經不太可能了~~所以以後參加賽事就以跑健康跟快樂為主了^_^…
