3KM暖身+LD13KM+5KM MP
這場無法破PB但是能用來檢視我這兩個月來的患處復原情況
4月底又熱濕度又高,加上這兩個月都在與傷痛博鬥,本來就不可能用4:05~4:10的半馬配速,所以打算配4:25比LD略快但比M配略慢的配速完成比賽,結果停車位找太久,起跑時擠不到前面,只好前3KM當熱身順便閃人
原本以為練了5~6次的公老坪
上坡應該至少不會掉出5分速,結果有1KM還是被擊潰了...直接掉到6:00
最後16KM開始進行以前最愛搞的後段加速,結果在怎麼加速還是只能加到4:15,記得3月11的大雅馬最後5KM跑20分整,不過總算沒有任何緊繃和痛感產生..結果還有總27分6 破船還有三千釘....
可以開始為全馬基礎期訓練作準備了
