因傷而練習不足 (月跑量53K...這次活動還比較多)...
腳也還沒恢復...一直擔心會中途棄賽...
所以採取的策略就是慢慢跑 (反正上坡也跑不快...不過下坡就差很多了 Orz)
絕對不能讓腳傷惡化...
所以一直走走停停!!!
不過真的好累...
看了一下記錄...
總爬升應該是1709m...
先來個連續上坡20k...
再來個下坡7k...
接著折返...
再來個上坡7k...下坡20k...
光是後半段的下坡...就被快50人刷卡...Orz
等傷好之後...再好好練一下了!!!
