第一次天還沒亮就起跑的賽事,感覺還不錯,只是一早天氣有點冷,9點多時就有點熱,很像在洗三溫暖。今日100公里選手約有400人參賽,起跑時間在0500時,54公里選手約有900人參賽,起跑時間在0510時,而我只能參加54公里(還好沒有參加100公里),在起跑後連續上坡(緩坡)19公里,之後下坡7公里,那時我心裡就在想,等會折返時下坡就變上坡,痛苦指數又上升,果然沒錯,環顧折返後的7公里大多用走的,或走或跑,等到最後20公里處才是連續下坡,成績應該不錯啦!只是真的很累很累,呵!有花錢受罪的感覺。不管啦!又為自已挑戰完54公里的賽程,繼續向前囉!!加油!!
