| 為什麼想跑100k,因為賺不到所以只好用跑的……XD
回想一年前的3/10,正是小弟完成初馬的日子,雖然也很想重回初馬地,再次回味當時的感動,但在魚與熊掌不能兼得的狀況下,只好用南橫100K來當作送給自己完成初馬的滿周年禮~
這並不是偶第一場百K,去年的冬山河就希望能完成,但在賽前2個禮拜受傷,只好無奈放棄。而上月的12小時賽,目標原本也是設定希望完成100K,當作測試自我的肌耐力,但同樣的因為過年的負重訓練加上過於輕視丹大的賽事,結果當然就是傷勢加重又棄賽~哈
但賽前傷勢一直還是沒有好,除了一般復健外,前兩天還特地去找醫生打針及開藥,雖然這是不好的行為,不過心裡真的很希望能完成這場賽事,畢竟下一場100K還不知道甚麼時候才會有,因此也做了最壞的打算,真的有狀況隨時就是立馬棄賽,絕不讓傷勢加重~
策略就是跑走法,而這方法在東京馬的時候用過了,對身體及傷勢完全沒有任何負擔,效果非常好~而另一方面100K只要在14小時完成77.5K也可以算完賽,因此這也是偶賽前設定完成的低標~
只能說團長真的是偶的貴人,之前的雪霸靠團長的鼓勵突破傷痛,而這場更是在團長一路的陪伴及帶領之下,讓偶不但完成低標,而且是順利的全程完賽~真是太開心啦~
不過不是說一起衝線,怎麼人突然不見?一定要搶個人照嗎?
也感謝眾所有跑友的鼓勵~阿中、熊大、千瑜、小四、川哥、衝哥、魔拉、飛龍哥…等,超感謝大家的啦
這場賽事真的很棒,不論賽道風景、補給都是1等1的優
景色融合了太魯閣、丹大峽谷、武嶺、雪霸等特色,絕對值得參加~
而冰涼的甘蔗汁、啤酒,根本就是無可挑剔的啦~謝謝辛苦的工作人員~明年我要參加108K~
