感謝謝老天賜予一個適合跑步的天氣,加上昨晚睡得好,就很幸運的破了PB且達成SUB4.
開跑前就設定希望均速跑完,PACE5:35~5:40是計劃的配速,雖然偶爾會超速,但30K前幾乎都達標,後12k因體力消耗及氣溫逐漸升高,速度已不再容易hold住,雖然心跳已至170以上但不太累,心裡想著盡力就好,35K時確定只要不抽筋SUB4應該沒問題了,此時只覺得圓山飯店是如此的遙遠,看得到卻跑不到,還好換成小巫領跑,便跟著他一步一步的朝終點前進。
SUB4終於到手了,心情就如同初半馬SUB2的心情,真是開心,這陣子努力終於有了收穫,暫且先不定接下來的目標,只求接每一場都完跑無傷。
