今天腳還是有點酸,但還是想去跑一下,今天雲科還是有運動會比賽,還好只有跳遠與拔河,那就快快跑完休息,在跑的過程中有遇到鐵人,他有陪我跑了幾圈,他的腳還沒有完全復原,現在只能慢慢練習肌耐力,跑完後真的很舒服,明天再繼續努力,剩下最後4天可以捐款,大家努力衝呀!
