雖然又破個人PB,但今天表現自己覺得不理想,我的大腿大約24k就爆掉了,36k左右肚子一直陣痛上一下廁所,這周沒什麼練習肌耐力不足是主因,加上體重增加有影響,以上是賽後檢討分析!
