早上原本要去割草,但是下雨就作罷了,在家也是無聊就背起水袋出門慢慢跑,去程到四草大橋時是逆風且下雨,哪知道回程時給你出太陽,柏油路的熱氣上來完全跑不動,跑到康寧大學就放棄了,打電話叫兒子來載我😁。
上個星期日去打球後整個禮拜膝蓋都怪怪的,都跑一天休一天,看來膝蓋還是無法負荷高強度的比賽,再休息一陣子了。
