繼八月初的星光馬(返校日),今天是馬拉松的開學日,第一場比賽要先建立信心,以免像去年期待太高反而造成反效果,所以今天以4小時為完賽時間,而且這場前年有跑過(完賽時間416),雖然路線有變,但是是變得更硬斗,所以破4就很滿意了
第二次跑嘉義雙潭路線,早上天氣涼爽,跑起來很舒服,一直以輕鬆跑的心率去跑,心率大多維持在140多,遇到上坡就減速慢行,前半馬跑完約152左右吧,比預定的時間還早,不過見識到嘉義後花園的威力,只能慢慢步行上去,跑約32K時大腿有抽筋的跡象,只能先以緩走來解除抽筋的惡化,跑到後花園抽筋的現象越來越明顯,步行的時間越來越長了,除了後花園抽筋的現象有好一些了,所以再慢慢跑起來,不過速度是回不去了,最終以349完賽,雖不滿意但還算是可以接受的時間啦!!
