西螺馬,今天沒有達標,目標345的⋯混太大了
本週有點跑步倦怠感,昨天刻意休跑了,可是好像沒有什麼影響,今天跑出去,一様10K不到就覺得累了,我知道今天總名次只取三名,10K跑完好像是第五名吧!於是把速度慢下來,10~20k已經被所有認識的跑友都刷過去了…
雖然速度已經掉到快六分速了,怎麼還是很累呀!心理素質不夠強大,一直不太想跑了,30K時進站補給回頭看到老爺也到了⋯
已經被刷到完全沒有羞恥心了,還是讓他過了,漸漸愈來愈遠⋯,心想要跟住不能再混了,到36K補給站時終於又跟上了…
老爺說前面有5個女生,我說我知道呀!所以慢慢來就好,於是我又跑在老爺前面了,只是不知能撐多久⋯
終於只剩一K了,上坡應該就快到了吧!結果這一K又是好漫長,我連350都沒保住,真是太失敗了⋯
