| 暑假過後的開學跑, 暑假真的放得太爽了, 跑量低更不用說速度, 前半馬天氣涼爽, 跑得還蠻舒服, 過了25km速度明顯拉不起來, 到了35km就直接當步兵, 走了5km後過了最後一個補給站(40km)開始再慢慢跑起來.
結論是~有練就有, 沒練就是拿不出來, 這場賽事就算是LSD 賽後評分: 賽道坡度起伏不大, 全馬參與者500多人, 算是場中小型賽事, 補給到後面幾站沒有運動飲料剩下水。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 109~133 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 133~150 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 150~155 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 155~164 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 164~169 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為169 點此去設定最大心率 |
