| 今天參加下半年第一場全馬賽(第18馬),創下今年最佳成績,體重再減個5公斤,破4小時有機會,很好學習一場賽事!
本賽事幾乎是山路馬,是下半年第一次跑到全馬,遇到陡坡只有步兵的份,中間遇到肚子不適,還好蹲一蹲廁所有改善,很慶幸後段都是下坡,勉強撐完感覺很硬賽事!
整體來講交通管制及補給都不錯,天氣有點熱,感謝義工們辛苦付出!
