高雄米文台 06:30時準時開跑,全馬、半馬一起出發,剛開始還涼爽,5K後開始有山路上下,坡度不算大,8時到太陽露出臉開始發威,由於山路多在部分路段不得已,有停下走走跑跑,部分地方有車爭道情形,好在沒有因紅綠燈停下,跑完碼表停在42.5K處,有超過42.195感覺,結束3:48得了分二!今天有高手沒來佔了便宜!哈! 賽後評分: 此次路線安排尚可就是山路感覺不少,06:30時開跑稍嫌晚了些,補給站安排不錯,補給品點心、水、飲料、水果都不錯,冰塊也適時供應,跑完後伴手禮及便當都不錯! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
