第一次在雨中跑這麼久的時間,
還好雙腳沒有起水泡
自從上一場田中破了初馬艋舺創下的PB後
想不到PB的紀錄又留在艋舺了XD
去年里程是不足的,所以今年的路線稍微的變動,
跑完後里程測出來多了500M左右
無所謂,反正今天的成績有達到目標~
連續三個月跑步不間斷累計900K的訓練總算有了成果!
