第46馬
有鑒於1125的愛情絲路馬拉松大挫敗,面對山路馬還是要小心應對,所以就順順跑,不拼成績了,賽前看路線高度圖知道在約4~6K及8~10.5K處有兩個陡坡,尤其是上壩頂那段,所以今天的策略就是慢慢~跑,折返後的下坡也盡量不暴衝,避免浪費太多大腿肌力,前半馬跑起來還算順利,約148完成,超出了我原先的預期,後半段就且戰且走了,約在25K處追上了管大哥,與管大哥一起攻上壩頂後就先行離開,繼續與自己對話的跑跑人生,約31.5K時終於又完成最後一個上坡,後面就只剩下坡跟平路了,跑到約39K時發現左大腿後面有要抽筋的跡象,立馬放慢腳步,進補給站前就開始走路來紓緩,沒想到進終點前1K居然是小上坡,跑起來還真有些煎熬,還好最後沒有抽筋,無傷完賽 ^ 0 ^
賽前宣言: 第一次跑最老牌的馬拉松,加油!!
賽後評分: 路線不錯有挑戰性,可以早點出發會更好,可惜淋浴區的標示不明,找不到,後來才發現在禮堂內
