第48馬—高樹馬拉松
今天一開始沒有跟著330配速員跑,因為想說前2K熱身跑慢一點,後面就配450左右,身上帶了3顆鹽錠2包能量包,跑到15K時先補一顆鹽錠,跑到18K時終於遇到330配速員,這次的跟隨者比較少人,跟了一段後就自己先脫隊往前跑,半馬的完成時間約142,狀況好像還不錯,本想後面就抓5分速來跑,這樣就可以破PB了,不過又覺得不甘如此完賽,所以還是以450左右的配速來跑,跑到30K時約226,其實心裡障礙滿大的,因為上次32K就大抽筋了,結果這次還是抽筋了,只是發生時間延後了,在36K時抽筋,抽筋狀況也沒有上次慘烈,這次抽筋後就只能每K都停下了緩走一段路才跑起來了,看來要克服抽筋是目前的課題了,不過今天的氣溫比歷屆都還高,但是我覺得也還是適合跑步的溫度
