之前沒有跑超過60K的經驗,
近期的環台北67K又跑的2266,
所以不敢跑快,前面放的太慢,
來不及到折返點。
100K GG, 降轉為80K。
雖然覺得訓練量是不太足,
但狀態沒有想像中的糟,
這次自己的補給也做的很充足,
滿滿的能量包,終於解決了每次肚子都會餓的問題。
美中不足的是...
我的第一個水袋,明明環台北前一週就下標了,
到現在都還沒有出貨...大概是不會有下聞。
於是又準備去買了第二個水壺背包,
大約在這次比賽前一週也下單了,
但是今天才收到店家電話說已經沒有我要的尺寸,
商品忘了下架。
跑不好的理由總是很多,
這次算是第一次落馬了..
總之..還要繼續加油。
