腳的狀況還沒回來,最後5K跑的很掙扎,心肺狀況很棒,就差腳的耐用度了。
賽後評分: 交管勉強還可以,會場領完賽證書的動線有改進空間,全馬半馬全部一起等,腳痠到連坐都不舒服,還那邊罰站20分鐘...
補給我就不知道全程只喝水跟運動飲料...其他的只看的,沒吃
