賽前目標就保四⋯
今天起跑時站得比較後面,還沒有跑完4k就被我家老爺刷過了,頓時儍眼,我有這麼慢呀!但也只能放過了,因追不上⋯
5K多時姐來了,她怎可能還在這,我一直催促她先跑,她一直在我旁碎唸說,怎麼呼吸聲這樣大,跟上啦,都已經跑到六分速了,她說今天要我跟上她跑330,不然她就退出我們群组,我只好告訴她那妳退出吧!(心想,我也退出好了⋯)
12K後真的累了,刻意放慢,再放慢,漸漸看不見姐了,正洋洋得意時,姐竟然蹲在前面補给站吃東西等我,害我手上香蕉也不好意思停下來吃⋯
姐一直很盡責地跟在我旁邊碎碎唸到15K,她應該再也受不了我的速度,終於開出去了,而我也終於自由了⋯
全程交管不是很好,中間不知停了多少紅綠燈,最後5K看了一下有機會保350,稍微提速一下,又碰到交叉路口,又被攔下,但他一看到我是全馬選手,就馬上就放行了,感謝他,不然後面又要跑走了⋯
後記:一直以為老爺在前面的,但21K折返時才發現老爺就在後面100~200m處而已
