終於又回到350左右的成績了,最近的狀況真的不是很好,都嘛是體重失控。
下雨天,全身溼,覺得衣服褲子鞋子全吸滿了水,好重也好冷,一點都不覺得好跑。
賽後評分: 交管被擋了好多次,而且部份賽道是自行車道,石頭路面下雨好滑。
跑完沒人掛牌或分毛巾,根本就是沒人搭理,腦中覺得一片空虛,到目前為止,想不起還有那場全、半馬比賽是這種情形的。
