這次目標還是305。練習中感覺實力應該還不夠。心想前半馬盡量跑。一定要保留後半段的力氣。再怎樣爆炸應該也能跑到310才是
今天天氣很涼快。除了胃食道逆流老毛病一直要發作。感覺是可以一拼的機會。前半馬覺得很順利。心率都壓在160以下。也有跑到目標的92。心想今天說不定真可以騙到305了。跑到30k都還不難。覺得ok
知道32k開始才是上坡大魔王。順順也跑過35k時。心想出運了最後的坡爬完可以衝刺了。結果一個轉彎還有更陡的坡!!當下髒話直接罵出來了。爬到一半就抽筋整個停下來了。靠。真是太白癡太早衝刺。不然別抽筋就好了。
再來要等年底下次再努力了。結果雖然遺憾。也不難過就是了
