| 繼去年完成初226超鐵後,這是我的第二場超半鐵,來感受一下鐵人公司所辦的十週年IRONMAN 70.3,果然不一樣,場地辦在台東運動公園內,轉換區離活水湖約1.5公里,單車封台九線靠海兩車道及最後20公里騎197線道,有近400公尺爬坡,騎得蠻爽的,跑步跑在台東運動公園內加馬亨亨大道,補給一般,因十週年報名人數暴增,下水時間等太久是缺點之一,快變鐵人四項了。
