我的第15馬,第1次超馬:50Km,一早5:00出發,2019阿草跑出路~田水集超級馬拉松賽。
3/30完登谷關7雄唐麻丹後,小腿似乎像是拉傷,練跑時不敢下踩因此休息近2週,這次真很擔心無法完跑(怎麼又是田中,田中似乎是我腳傷的魔咒),更何況比全馬42.195多8Km。今天跑到33K後,因左腳代償過度使用的結果,左膝蓋(髂脛束)開始不舒服,就這樣的邊跑邊走,其實後來大部分用走的情況下勉強完賽。
賽前宣言: 今年試一試超馬50,明年挑戰100!
