| 起跑 經過茶葉博物舘接台9沒多久 就轉入小徑 沿著溪水旁步道往前 山清水秀 景色怡人 跑著就是舒適 9k後一段1公里長的陡坡 是這場最難跑的 再來有的都是緩坡 沒被折磨太久 哈哈 後段陽光熱情 所幸補給站有冰涼的飲料解熱 好讚 茶油麵線 聽說好吃 但我還是不習慣中途停下享用 只好早點回終點 享用大會餐點 加烤山豬肉多吃一點 哈哈 賽後評分: 補給好 風景好 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 106~129 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 129~145 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 145~150 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 150~159 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 159~164 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為164 點此去設定最大心率 |
