初馬完賽,跑全馬真的好厭世啊!
初馬,終於終於終於完賽!
分享賽後心得(終於回神):
1.半馬後到30k,真的是撞牆期,肚子餓到頭昏眼花,進補給站狂嗑水果,水,豆干
2.怕跑程中想上廁所,所以前一天跟當天早餐午餐都不敢吃多,但體力明顯較平常弱
3.星光馬下午起跑,從白天跑到晚上,天氣真的比白天涼爽很多,但路上光線不足,所以需要不時低頭看路,怕踩空,速度不敢快,所以有一好就沒有兩好
4.全馬跟半馬真的不一樣,需要更細膩的配速,沒辦法用蠻力衝,快抽筋的次數多很多,連腳趾甲都很刺痛
5.有了初馬,下一馬真的有得期待了…
