| 夏季的第二場百K賽,雖然在花蓮玉里還是很悶熱。凊晨4點從玉里火車站出發,從黑夜跑了15K天微亮的來到瓦拉米古道入囗。在補給站吃點東西裝滿水,帶著2顆水煎包上路,林道來回27K就只有此站而已。
第一次赤足跑越野林道,總有些許的興奮和忐忑。足下感受的不再只是柏油路面的優劣而已,大小不一的碎石路,盤錯的樹根,搖晃的吊橋和踩著會痛的鋼橋,也有跑起來舒柔的柳杉林落葉路,感覺最棒最享受的路徑。
去程13.6K感覺還好,回程人多路窄,天氣逐漸變熱,揹的水喝完了,用水杯盛點山泉解渴。腳底也逐漸敏感,完全靠核心來引領驅動前進。終於在10點半左右回補給站補充食物,還有15K才起點,算算時間下午一點關門有些緊張,天氣又熱,只能拿出室內拖應急一下。
還好在林道慢慢跑走並未耗費太多體力,穿上室內拖後加速趕回瑞穗食堂,追過一些跑友也追回一些時間,在12點半抵達,休息用餐半小時後,有點想棄賽回家吃社區的普渡辦桌,吃飽後又想"即來之,則安之"把握當下,時間還有8小時,還是跑吧 ! 下午1點出發往赤柯山金針花海前進。
出發不久與阿財結伴而行,大熱天只能跑跑走走,沿途有遇到幾位跑友熱到身體不適棄賽,經過11K終到赤柯山前雜貨店旁加油站冲洗降溫,洗去褲子上的結晶塩,已輕微燒檔抺2次凡士林,效果不佳,沖洗後再抺應該會改善一些。雜貨店補完啤酒外帶蘆筍汁就凸陡坡上山賞花了。
不久開始午後大雨終於有降點暑氣了,11K到土地宫廟補給站,準備2小時慢慢凸上去。由專業的綠蠵亀團隊支援,幾杯冬瓜檸檬暑意消褪許多,再吃碗熱芋頭鹹粥更是暖胃舒服,體力補充許多。再繞赤科山上金針花海一圈約5公里,再回到補給站喝點啤酒,吃一根外帶一根香蕉已5點多,就趕路回程了。
11K的下坡伴隨些許的小雨,1小時多就下到雜貨店買啤酒,準備頭燈做最後的11K的奮戰。9點關門,買8:57分末班普悠火車回家,只能硬著頭皮盡量趕路,還好有提前將近50分回來,洗個澡收拾一下剛好,順利平安返家,只是我的大腿四頭肌又爆了。
