跑到10K時停下來喝了3口,
刷、刷、刷、刷的~
一下子被一群十幾個刷過去,
傻眼耶!他們都不用喝水嗎?
接著開始慢慢數著折返的人,
到折返點,哇塞!136個,
好吧!反正也後繼無力了,
善待一下自己,
停下來享用美味補給,
跑不好至少也要吃的好,
後面、後面就跑得完就好!😂😂
