十一月的田中依然如此【熱】情
今天的感覺大概是跑全馬有史以來最好的一次(今天完成第十馬),但,成績卻越跑越退步,哈哈😄😄,站在起跑點上的第四排,找尋著配速員,一開始很順的搭上3:45列車,然後就順順的跑,第一個補給站,我沒補水,人太多😬,突然想起我下週還有一場全馬(鹿港),嗯嗯,接下來每站補給都進去觀光,只有第一站與最後一站沒有進去補給觀光,八公里吃了能量膠,二十四公里吃最後一包能量膠,三十公里處遇到唐豪兄,在織足館的某處做私補,從大老遠高雄跑來,真感動,可是我不喝酒,實在抱歉,
因為平常很少練長距離與長時間,最多也只有2二十七公里跟二小時三十幾分,所以今天過二十五就覺得很崩潰,幸好,冰塊真好用,降溫,還可以喝一下😬
接著就一路往終點線前進,只是……終點線是不是又變長了?冰棒真好吃。
