| 我終於跑完了 激動的情緒感動了自己紅了眼眶 百K實在是很虐人 當你站在相同的跑道上你才能感受到各個跑者的堅強意志
要說無傷完賽這已是不可能 畢竟我是帶傷上場 自己能夠完賽多虧了跑友提醒吃一下消炎藥
從開始就用自己的體感來配速 就想說能跑多少算多少 每5 k有補給站 一定進站吃補給 讓自己有動能繼續下去 補給很重要只是吃了就很難跑 不吃沒體力跑
沿途有不錯的景點都會停下來拍照 只是過了50K以後就沒心情拍了 到80k 上茂林風景區射日英雄取信物 好虐心的一段路 跑到有點想往橋下跳 最後10 k 更是跑到不要不要的 果然好厭世 整個腦海浮現的是為什麼不是跑全馬就好
最後真的好生佩服跑百K的朋友 你們好棒
