| 哈,我33k就爆了,一路抽筋到結尾,後來是香蕉🍌沾鹽巴才比較緩和!然後狂喝補給站提供的BCAA及寶礦力水得,漸漸恢復了!可是抽筋後要恢復實在是太難了⋯所以我走很大!哈哈哈哈😂還被我走完了,有點丟臉....但是其實很多人也都用走的...暫時不想參加啥比賽了!健康就好!謝謝強大哥幫我安排課表以及指導我跑姿問題還有提供配速,雖然我還是爆了😓恭喜團長分8上凸台,真是太厲害了👍🏿
