過程: 正午出發就是熱,前5公里穩在7:20速上下,前二時跑18km ,25km右腳踝卡卡,鬆鞋帶涂擦勞滅,放慢速度後比較舒服,27km右大腿有抽筋跡象,33、34 km 上坡改步行,之後變大腿上內側鐵,後11km穩住7:20速至終點。
