我在150圈休息時,喝了第一瓶蠻牛,感到精神大振。151-165連跑15圈,速度大致是5:3x,5:4x到6分。有瞬間逼近4:3x。166-175圈慢跑,休息時喝了第2瓶蠻牛。
(外圈第三四道(415M),剛算241圈是100K。)此時大會公佈內圈260多圈,外圈253圈似乎是優秀成績?內容聽過就忘,只記得數字。
176-185圈跑5:3x到6:0x,確認是當時外圈跑最快的。跑完原地喘了10分鐘,186-190圈跑走花了半小時。連八分速都快跑不動。換了乾的鞋襪,請Miru將我撿去才跑完12小時。 賽前宣言: 6/29(日)參加PTT隊友團報,再次嘗試12小時跑步,遊走受傷邊緣。但上次是新生公園,這次是操場。
